after a month all buttons fell off impossible to wear, quality is terrible

Hello! We are sorry about that. However the dimensions are clearly stated on the product page, and we have mentioned them several times on social media as well. The main reason we didn't make it larger is to prevent weight strain on your back. Making it larger would make it uncomfortable to wear. Since it already weighs 2kg, any increase in size would be bad for your posture, especially once you carry items inside.
