Two quick steps to find your size:

Find your closest starting size using your waist for bottoms or chest for tops.
Consider the intended fit of the product. Size down for a closer fit or size up for a looser fit.

Select measurement units

Waist Measure around your waist at the point where you normally wear your trousers. Keep the tape level and comfortably close without pulling it tight.
Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
Between sizes Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a looser fit. Product-specific cut and silhouette should take priority when additional sizing information is available.
