Hi Alesandro! Thanks for taking time to write a review, it really helps a lot. We would love to offer some sort of compensation for the issue that you had, so please reach out to our support. Oh and the packaging - if it was something like bad folding, it would help a ton if you could take a photo and share it. I (owner) would like for everyone to have the best experience and each issue is really important to me. For the overall packaging, we had carton boxes some time ago, which basically comes with ups and downs. Ups is that we have the clothing little bit better folded. Downs is that the shipping will cost around 15usd/13eur more and the since the delivery drivers sometimes like to play football with international packages, the box in most cases looks like it was through world war 2. However, I literally just finished ordering a new packaging with thicker materials and all extra stuff inside (hopefully it improves the overall experience).
