How to Use

  1. Measure Your Height
    • For the metric chart, record your height in centimeters.
    • For the imperial chart, record your height in feet and inches.
  2. Find Your Weight
    • For metric, use kilograms.
    • For imperial, use pounds.
  3. Locate Your Size
    • Match your height row to the weight column to see which size is right for you.
  4. Between Two Sizes?
    • If you have broader shoulders or chest, you may want to size up.
    • If you have a slimmer build, consider the smaller size.
  5. Consider Fit and Material
    • Check if the item is labeled “regular,” “slim,” or “relaxed” fit.
    • Review fabric details (some materials stretch or shrink).
