1. Accelerated Shipping

We’re improving our supply chain by reducing delivery times to 5–7 business days (a 50% reduction) for select regions in Europe and the USA. Some orders may already benefit from this at no additional cost.

2. Upcoming Languages

We’re adding Polish, Norwegian, Swedish, and Korean to our website soon. Future updates will include Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, and Greek.

3. Updated Packaging

We’re rolling out packaging that features our new logo. Orders shipped between February 6 – 20 may not include this updated packaging.

4. 2025 S/S Collection

Our Spring/Summer 2025 Collection is on its way! We’ve already released an exciting Tee Collection, with more items coming soon.

5. Accelerated Processing

We’re testing a system designed to cut order processing times by 50%, so you can get your orders faster than ever.

6. Additional Payment Methods

Beginning February 16, look forward to P24, Multibanco, EPS, and other popular European payment options. We’re also expanding in Asia with methods like Alipay and WeChat Pay.

2. Shipping Delay Notice

All orders placed after January 23 through February 5 will be shipped starting February 7. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Orders Before January 26

If you placed an order before January 26, it might not appear on our revamped website. Don’t worry, we still have your information, and your order is currently being processed.

4. New Simple Logo

We’ve introduced a new, simplified logo to refresh our brand identity. Keep an eye out for our new look across the site!

5. Automatic Tracking Updates

We’ve streamlined how you track your packages. Now, tracking information automatically updates on the Orders page:

6. Adjusted Shipping Rates & Express Options

We have updated our shipping rates to be more accommodating, especially for customers in developing countries. Express shipping options are also now available, offering faster delivery times worldwide.

7. Live Chat Support

Need immediate help? Our Live Chat is now open! Just click the chat button on our site to start chatting with our support team. Please check the chat widget for our current working hours.

8. German & Italian Websites

We’re expanding globally! Our website is now available in German and Italian, with more languages coming soon.

9. More Worldwide Currencies

We’ve added support for over 60 global currencies. The currency will automatically display based on your location, making shopping more convenient wherever you are.

10. New Collection Drops

Our newly updated collection will have regular drops between January 28 and February 5. Stay tuned for fresh items and limited releases.

11. Cheaper Returns in Europe

We’re pleased to offer cheaper returns for our European customers. We’re always looking for ways to improve and simplify the return process.

12. Stripe Climate Program

We’ve joined the Stripe Climate program, donating a portion of our revenue to help fight CO₂ emissions. Every purchase you make contributes to a cleaner environment.
